VISION OF CCI:
Our vision is to impact nations for Christ by working with the existing church. The US Center for World Missions states that there are 3 million pastors without adequate training (“formal theological education”). Through deepening relationships in the context of local church ministry and an equipping training (rather than just “education”) we can impact the lives of thousands of local believers. In turn, these leaders impact at least 50 people each, thus, having a ripple effect of impacting thousands for Christ.

Anual Need |
Myanmar: we would like to continue what we have started in Myanmar through TCC’s donation last year. The support includes support for our national director, 5 regional coordinators, printing of manuals, my travel within the country, visas, hotel stays, conferences and graduations. Expected outcome is to impact 250 pastors and church leaders per year. |
$16,400.00 |
Vietnam: we would also like to continue what we have started in Vietnam. This support includes support for national coordinator, trainers, their travel expense, conferences (for trainers and graduates to continue their training), graduations and my travel, visas and hotel stays. |
$14,000.00 |
Philippines: The Philippines has been our greatest area of fruit and effectiveness. With 1 national director leading 3 regional coordinators and 7 area (provincial) coordinators, we have seen over 700 graduates serving in various ministries. We would like to expand to the Eastern Visayas (Waray-Waray people group) which has been a very poor area with around 10 million people.
- Translation and Printing Projects (one time) $40,000.00

Annual travel expense for CEO
The CEO of CCI makes 5-6 trips annual overseas and travels throughout the USA frequently as well. Oversight, mentoring and encouragement are needed for ministry partners and overseas staff to accomplish the vision and mission of the ministry. |
$75,000.00 |
All Asia Conference: Gathering of directors, coordinators and leaders from each country in order to build team unity and build vision. |
$25,000.00 |
CLOSED COUNTRY. In March we started a class here with 10 pastors. This was the first class in the country. The total project is $15,000.00. This includes training manuals, food and transportation for the pastors attending the training and the celebration at the end. |
$15,000.00 |
Thailand: The training curriculum has been translated already into Thai, but the translation needs editing before printing. In addition, a trained coordinator is needed to drive the ministry.
- Phase 1: Edit of the Thai translation ($5,000) and printing of the BTCP training manuals ($15,000 for 500 copies of each manual).
- Phase 2: National Director ($12,000 for two years, includes personal and ministry support) & CEO travel to Thailand ($2,000).

$34,000.00 |
Mongolia: Mongolia has just opened to the gospel since 1991. Many people have come to Christ since then. There is a tremendous need for training leaders in a non-formal setting.
- Phase 1: Translation of BTCP training manuals (11 books, 2,500 pages), $10,000. We have located a translator and there is a need for the training.
- Phase 2: Printing of manuals ($20,000).
- Phase 3: Training of trainers ($5,000 over two year period).

LAHU: There are almost 1 million Lahu living in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and China. Many of these people are Christians, with over 500 churches. The Thai Lahu Christian Church has built a college for young people but the pastors of the churches need training. Our concept of bringing the seminary to the pastors is an excellent format for effective training. Budget: $20,000. (this includes printing of the BTCP training manuals, $15,000 and training the trainers and ongoing administration, $5,000). |
$20,000.00 |
Cambodia: In the early 90s the country opened after the genocide by the Khmer Rouge. Most of the educated people were killed during their era. The country is recovering from this era. In the last 17 years, the church has grown from just 500 Christians to now almost 1 million. The church has exploded with very few trained pastors. The Baptist Union of Cambodia has planted 300 churches with less than 10 having finished seminary training. Currently, we have 200 people in training throughout the training. With the growth of classes and the need of the church, we are in need of a national director to oversee the ministry. Total need: $8,000 per year (includes support, work expense, training and oversight). |
$8,000.00 |
LAOS: Our plan is to start a pilot class in Vietnam where 12 pastors from Laos can come 5 times a year for training. Laos is on the top of the list for persecution of Christians. By training a select group of pastors in Laos who will become the future trainers of leaders, we can impact hundreds of churches for Christ. This project includes the printing of training manuals, transportation and food for the pastors, honorarium for the teachers and travel expense. |
